HVN,

I applied for 1000 in my regular account, got 400. Applied for 500 in my IRA got 400. My sister applied for 1000, got 400. My dad applied for 1000, got 300. No rhyme or reason on my father, but he's bummed and is threatening to cut me out of the will unless I give him 100 shares :)
