Been there. Can relate... but it we musn't loose our heads because certain segments of a particular market are off. Risk. The technology products in retail and distribution are moving slowly. Q2 is also the traditional slow period in both channels. If the market conditions change for the better (and it looks OK), you will see MOST tech stocks rebound at the begining to mid Q3 (IMHO). This is what happened last year when I got caught with my pants down and knee-jerk sold CHPS at 11 (two months later it went to 22). Timing. Now is not a good time in techs... period. Everyone has gotton hammered. Very red.

My opinion is that BOCI is well positioned for expansion that the market is willing to give. They have changed the mix of products and are very aggressive on their retail prices and developing new strategies. The company has a team of new management in place that is well tuned to retail and distribution.

The OEM market remains a constant and BOCI has their own manufacturing. This is key. No import duty and quality control is high (ISO 9000).

This company is getting beat up by the market and not themselves.
