Yup... build your own... the fact that they haven't addressed this need may say something about actual motives/goals.

LCI's systems (while better than Qwest had at the time) are inadequate, having been developed for a relatively small reseller operation (LCI's origin). To be fair, this may not have been fully realized until after last summer's acquisition.

'a cutting-edge-type at CEO', - a perception not shared by all.
