There is an excellent post on Prodigy (I know you have it <g>) about the relationship between AMATI and Motorola. The article explains the Amati ADSL. Apparently, motorola is going to be producing the chipsets and Amati will be manufacturing the equipment. It looks to me to have a higher throughput than Westells, but Westell does have the product ready to go now.
