ADCT has announced intent to buy SAVLY at a deal which would value the stock at 17+. Market doesn't seem excited; both are down, ADCT by about 8%. I know nothing of SAVLY except that its stock price has plunged. Anybody know enough about the telecommunications industry to know whether this is an astute deal by ADCT, piking up some good technology cheap, or a blunder, overpaying even at this price for a lousy product or management or both?
