This guy sounds legit to me. Just the way real insiders think (frustration that his company isn't recognized for what's happening combinced with office anxieties and pet peeves). CPQ deal makes sense if they're trying to unload Alta Vista. Already have bilions in cash. COuld easily buy CS and diversify in that direction instead of internet portal etc. I'm no expert but he sounds legit for whatever that's worth. Hmmm. CS looking a little cheaper to me all of a sudden.
