nice volume, and price increase on WCLT yesterday, i think this stock is about to break out of this range, never to return. their i.r. people also say the White House news release will be out tomorrow and it will be on the yahoo financial site. if anyone wants to get their i.r. guy his name is arnie and his number is 1.877.608.1611
