Philip. It's hard to say what has contributed most to my systems success. I think it's partly due to me combining my tools. Maybe it's just the fact that I've fine tuned them, and am really starting to use them for all they're worth.

I do know what contributes to my failures this year....not knowing when to take profit. In an ealier post today, I admitted to 4 plays that turned sour...the ONLY 4 I can remember this year. Each one of them coulda / shoulda been sold for profits.

What's the approximate percentage return on your option portfolio this year, Couple things:

Don't get wrapped up in percents. When you are constantly opening and closing positions, I think you should consider the amount of cash you're making, not the percent. Percent of what?
I think in terms of dollars....how many dollars per trading day am I averaging? It's all about making cash and not making percents in my eyes.

Besides, I don't feel comfortable listing that info on SI...sorry.
