Hi Michelle, long time no see!!!! $5000 is the average over all states for educating a child in the public schools, that's why I chose that amount. In Michigan for example its $4500, in California (of course) its $10,000. You can actually find a very good private school in Ca for $3500=$5000 and the finest in the So Cal area run around $11,000. But I was being moderate. No public official of course has suggested this yet. Why would they? They want power over us and all our money. Freeus
