Well, the margins are not so rich in the business.

I would say 1/3 times sales is a good value, but I can be deadly wrong. Also, the internet approach is to be improved, and MALL most grow by a double digit % at least in the top line.

Whats about the ubid receivables. Does ubid have the money?
