Freeus:

You are still going to DEll shareholders' meeting aren't you? the meeting will not be the same if the queen of dell won't be there. many of you have voted to increase the number of shares to 7b. In essence you have voted for dell to go ahead and acquire CPQ. I thjink it would be good for Dell to take over CPQ, more than double the revenues in an instant, largest pc maker in the world, and efficiency, efficiency, efficiency, that service from CPQ/DEC, only marginal cost needed, more cost savings. Don't sell Dell until you know if Dell is taking over CPQ or not. CPQ is a fine company ruined by poor management. Dell has numero uno management, but need facilities and good employees. Austin - Houston is a smaller distance than Austin - Nashville.

Best regards

Paul
