I just read on AOL about CLZRs intentions of having a secondary offering in the third quarter. This usually depresses prices but the stock is going up today on the Brazilian news. I am confused but this isnt the first time. Will try to call IR, but in case anyone already knows the answer feel free to post it. Thanks. RS
