Two reasons.
1. Enough has been done to show how scummy it is.
2. It's halted and will open down bigtime. Shorts cover with huge profits. Crims manip it back up. When it gets high enough again to climb to top of the slime stock heap, then it will be reshorted hard and heavy and more facts dug up.(and they only have to be dug because they've been buried)
