HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1999--Directors of Compaq Computer Corporation CPQ have declared a $0.02 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 20, 1999, to shareholders of record on June 30, 1999.
