J. Tracy Emerick, Ph.D., has been appointed as a member of the board of
directors of OrioleSystems.com Inc., the company's wholly owned U.S.
subsidiary.
Dr. Emerick founded and developed a national direct marketing agency and is
an international speaker, trainer and consultant specializing in business
direct and database marketing. He is president of Receptive Marketing Inc.
of Hampton, N.H. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Emeric will
also act as corporate marketing adviser for Oriole's worldwide e-commerce
initiatives. His focus will be to help implement the marketing systems
required to successfully expand Oriole's e-commerce sales. He will also
assist with marketing planning, creative development, execution,
measurement and analysis of the e-commerce implementation.
He will begin in his new role immediately, developing the e-commerce system
for retail and business to business sales.

constituency of clients for our international products and services," says

Dr. Emerick's client list includes IBM, Bay Banks, Dayton-Hudson Department
