A system.... no, not really, but I do have some rules that I try to follow, one of which is to use high and low pivots, whether on an intra-day basis, or closing.

I happen to like the points at the dates I suggested because it provides the degree of sell-off I am expecting.

Fair enough.... I see your point. Imo, the fork is like most other TA, you can show a bias if you want to. I have no problem with that... because that's what makes a market. <ggg> To that end, I would use this as the new down fork... or the other pivots mentioned in my post last night.
