i'm certainly not disagreeing with your assessment they are positioning themselves to be priced in a more reasonable manner-- no matter for what reason. this clearly is the line of attempting to be more attuned with shareholder value. of course, this could be accomplished in ways other than selling the entire company...we've discussed the options on the thread many times. at this point, at least they are attempting to do SOMETHING... i think that's about all we can garner from the current facts. One day, maybe sooner than later, we will see MRVC trading at a level more in line with their true "value" (clearly a subjective $ amount)... greg
