Mark -- Slept in -- did I miss the end of the world again? We had to price in three scenarios (1) A single quarter point rise. (2) Taking back last years emergency 3 1/4 point moves. (3) Pricing in an ongoing rising trend. Last Wednesday we ruled out the third scenario for the time being. But we assumed that left us with the first scenario -- not so. We are now moving towards scenario 2 -- which is a bump in the road. Did you see my overnight post? It might pay to be defensive -- but the bull aint dead yet.
