One more for the hopper... I know I'm dating myself--in fact, I'm feeling REALLY old and positively square following all that talk about drugs and sex. Sheesh. Our town was a Happy Days kinda place where "Goin' all the way," and smokin' dope was the strictly the stuff of fantasies. More than a memory but a turning point in my life was walking down the street in McHenry, Ill. in Oct. 1957 after a football game, as a high school sophomore, and hearing the news that Sputnik was orbiting overhead. Talk about going from feeling on top of the world to knowing that we could be vaporized within a few minutes of a missile launch half a world away. That seminal moment led to my career choice--aerospace engineering. My teenage logic that shaped my life: I'm good at math, we're behind the Russki's. Goota do my part. How's that for DD? Jeez this is fun, but I can't leave for a few hours w/o having to wade through all these new messages--sure more more productive--well, at least entertaining--than reading the mostly garbage on the BXM board. I've never so wanted a stock in which I have no financial interest to go up. Jim
