J.D. Edwards Expands Alliance Agreement With Grant Thornton
Partnership Provides Flexible Enterprise Software Solutions to Fast Growth

DENVER, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise software provider J.D. Edwards & Company (Nasdaq: JDEC) announced today that Grant Thornton LLP, one of the world's largest accounting and management consulting organizations, has expanded its consulting alliance agreement with J.D. Edwards to provide enterprise software consulting and implementation services to middlemarket customers nationwide with a focus on mutual vertical target markets.
Under the agreement, Grant Thornton will provide enterprise software consulting, systems integration and software implementation services to middle market, fast growth companies in vertical markets such as retail and wholesale distribution, discrete and process manufacturing, and services organizations, among others. Additionally, Grant Thornton will provide resources and expertise in a variety of product services, including e-business, supply chain management and customer relationship management.
