MKTsavvy;

Although I do appreciate that you and KRABman Krause are finally admitting that they are NOT IPOs, your assertion that the little fake IPOs are different "companies" than the previous shells is laughable because the shells themselves can be linked to the KRABman. This is my current understanding and opinion of his shell game:

1) KRABman controlls a number of shells
2) To generate interest in them he calls them IPOs, which is a lie.
3) Then he reverse spilts the shell shares (which he owns) to get the price up. (this is the pump)
4) He changes name of shell to the name of his fake IPO company.
5) KRABman issues himself (under the guise of SHAL) more stock, This makes up for the dilution he has just generated. The price is now higher and his ownership is now the same.
6) The Dump

Buyer Beware!
