Hi Doc! EKP have entered a letter of intent with Sam The Record Man for an investment of $1Million,this for close to 15% of SamCD.com.In addition they have an arrangement to buy 200 Thous.+ shares from current shareholders for a "deemed value" of $1.35 per share bringing their total to 20%. Refer to stockhouse .com for more details. At the rate EKP is going they will have as many investments as the no. of cos. you are following,maybe they have your list. Still waiting for Petopia IPO.
