Thomas,

Let's just cut to the chase here....give us a number!!!! What do you think is the maximum dollar damages that could possibly be awarded to the other side if Franklin Telecommunications (FCM) or FNet lost any and all lawsuits currently in process. A dollar range would be fine.

Since you apparently think it's so $&%@* important to harp on this issue over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, you must think that losing one of these lawsuits could literally cause serious, unrecoverable financial damage to FCM/FNet.

Give us a number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $10,000 - $10,000,000. Just what is the worst case we are looking at here?

Based on your expert ability to dig up "important", relevant facts" and further based on your expert advice I just may sell all of my over XXX,XXX shares of FCM and be done with it once and for all!!!! If not, I want to be done with all the innuendo BS about this/these lawsuits once and for all.

Give us a number......a dollar range will work. Put up or shut up!
