Zbyte; maybe we'll get lucky and some company will take a sizeable interest in TSIG under the condition that RG resign. It has become apparent to me now that RG is the problem not the company. IMO any CEO that would sign a floor less PP and then insinuate he didn't know it was floor less and that he thought it would take 3-4 mo's to get SEC approval for registration is either lying or incompetent. Take your choice either is grounds in my book for removal from office. All Good Regards; ps; IMHO this company has a good business plan/model but has been mismanaged leading to the position it is in today. I am still long and have not sold one single share. I still have hope that the current situation can be turned around given time. When is the Signature contract going to kick in???
