It is easy to disprove such a sweeping claim. A single counter-example is adequate that less than everything is disclosed.

The fact that nobody knows who the directors are, for example, is certainly a most basic omission from disclosure.

There are many more counterexamples that I could provide, but one is enough to disprove your claim.
