UOL Publishing Raises 2.5 mil by means of convertible debentures go2net.newsalert.com My past experience with convertible debentures lead me to think "oh No" when I read this recent news. Perhaps my negative views are unjustified (and I'm hoping they are). As I read the NR, it didn't seem like such a bad thing, but the price did drop somewhat. So can anyone with more knowledge on convertible debentures give there take on this piece of news? TIA
