Champ:
If you are speculating on an IPO of HyperTV based only on the factors you've identified and your own investment savvy, I say more power to you. Speculation is an important part of any healthy market. But if your basing this on non-public corporate info leaked to you from an investment bank employee involved in a potential deal, you are making a grave error in spouting off about it in this forum. And I'm not saying that because the SEC might come swooping down on you. Fact is they wouldn't (and couldn't) because they have much bigger fish to fry. No, the reason this is bad is that it puts the very deal your talking about (if it does exist) in jepordary of being delayed or cancelled all together. Reputable investment banks do not want even a hint of impropiety in their deals and will shelve one if looks fishy. Some guy posting strongly worded comments about a pending transaction could raise eyebrows and have a negative impact on a deal. At this point, that is somethng that shareholders can ill advise.

Thanks,
Scott
