if u would have read the prospectus u would see that even before the increase in float the shares outstanding was 365,000,000....now its higher....not sure why u thought the float was the same as the shares outstanding, cause that would mean that the entire company was being offered....if this were the case, how would the insiders cash in on the second offering then?....by the way, were u calling me the retard cause i have been called alot worse(even today)...lol.
