Amazon payed 45 $ per share but booked it as 35 $ + 10 $

Warrants to buy BID within 3 years at $ 100 are worthless, why not
buy some more right now at $ 35-40 ?

IMHO, Sotheby's is a great long term "internet" investment, without the enormous downside risks of AMZN, EBAY, ...

Their Web site will be the place to go for art dealers and clients,
and their staff is (together with Christie's) the most qualified, by
far, be it watches, coins, stamps, real estate or vintage cars.

Unfortunatly BID's stock moves like a tired man, not taking regulary
his vitamins.

I'll wait until BID is above the cloud cover (i.e. over 47), and start buying calls then aggressively.

PS Regarding night owl : At least it payed off. As soon as I saw
the headline on my Bridge, I placed an order with an European
broker to buy shares in Berlin (Germany) at the open (2.30 am).

Good luck

Gustaf
