What will CMGI do with Alta Vista?? Isnt it in the business of selling companies that they take public ? Pay 3 Bil and acquire Alta Vista is a reverse for a company that pays 100 mil and sells it for 3 bil!

Fail to see what the market is cheering CMGI for today.

It should have been plastered to the floor.. maybe trading around 70.

I think its the usual manipulation, once the shares are issued and assigned to CPQ .. this thing will tank, untill then it will hold its price around 90-100. could take weeks.
