EXPLORATION AURIGINOR INC.

Exploration Auriginor Inc. wishes to announce that it has recently been struck off the register in its jurisdiction of incorporation, the Province of British Columbia, for previous management's failure to file annual reports in British Columbia.

The Company has immediately initiated the restoration process which is provided for under the British Columbia Act and it has been advised by its British Columbia counsel that the restoration process is primarily procedural. The restoration, which has been approved March 18th 1997, by the British Columbia Securities Commission and will be retroactive so this situation will not have any detrimental effects on the Company's activities. Restoration of the Company is expected to be completed by April 4th 1997 upon approval by the British Columbia Supreme Court.

The Company has been advised by Montreal Exchange that the trading on its securities will be reinstated when the situation is rectified.

In the meantime, the business of the Company is being carried out in the ordinary course and continues it's negociations and due diligence for the upcoming Central America acquisition. The private placement announced February 28th 1997, will be completed upon official confirmation of restoration and the approval of the Montreal Exchange.
