Hi Jules, you bring up some very important points. Visibility has been my biggest issue. On the positive side, at least they said something in public. It is unfortunate I had to find it on Yahoo versus off a news service that has general availability but at least it was there. The article did say they finally got rid of the PR firm so maybe when that issue is resolved there will be better communications.
