Joel K,

From what I have read over the past several months, I believe that revenue is generated by the 100k/license and a % of the licensees earnings. The average licensee estimates 3-4% of winnings in revenue. SNMM takes a sliding scale of all of the revenue on a monthly basis, averaging in the 10% range. So if a licensee has 1 million bet, it earns 30-40k and snmm earns 3-4k. The game here is to lock up as many licensees as possible so SNMM takes $ from as many of the $ bet on the internet as possible. Estimates range from 10 billion to 150 billion $ in betting worldwide over the internet by 2002. That leaves a pool for SNMM of 30 million to 450 million to try to capture, in addition to additional licensees, lottery contracts, etc.
