I'm so old I voted for Nixon the First time he ran. I did NOT vote for him the 2nd time, after carefull reading the New York Times everyday (because this was the only place to get info then). The media did a honorable job in the way they handled Nixon and watergate. They verified, verified, verified before making accusations. Nixon left kicking and screaming, he did not have any grace or think of the good of the country. Nixon was a huge obstuctor of justice (remember the Friday night massacre of Elliot Richardson when he wouldn't fire Cox?). (And the fake binders that supposedly had transcripts of the tapes?)(and the 18 minutes) (and Mitchell) and (Agnew)

When Nixon got accused, he didn't say "Let's go to the tapes, they'll prove my innocence". We would have never known about the tapes if Butterfield hadn't exposed their existence in the hearings.
I point our that your demonization of Clinton is not logical if you look at this in the historical perspective.
You are way too emotional.
Why is this? You waste so much energy.
