Just got off the phone with Jim at JDX. Nice guy...he follows the thread so I better watch what I say. I would suggest that anyone thinking of investing in JDX or anyone that has any question give him a call at 1-800-675-1749. I asked him a bunch of questions...

1. Why the investment in medsite other than it was a great deal? Are you thinking of going into the venture capital game or are you still looking for a tech/internet company?

Answer: He said they are still looking for that one great company to do a takeover. When Mr. Staubt got the opportunity to get a chunk of the private placement in medsite.com he requested the money for JDX. They saw this deal as a fast way to raise more good cash and couldn't pass it up. He did say that if the right deal with a single company can not be hammered out they would look at becoming a "mini CMGI" but a single new company is their top priority. Personally I would like to see them switch over to a new tech/internet field but I wouldn't argue with CMGI's stock price.

2. Are they going to invest more in medsite.com (PP or IPO).

Answer: He said this was a one time deal to raise some more cash.

3. When are they going to change their name from JORDEX RESOURCES. Everyone I first talk to about this company thinks they are still in mining because of the name.

Answer: There has already been a lot of discussion about a name change. You need shareholder approval for a name change (NOTE: this is why it usually done around the AGM ...e.g BIT). He said if they takeover a private company they will change their name to this company.

4. What is you strategy to get on NASDAQ.

Answer: If we takeover a private U.S company they will want to trade on the NASDAQ. If the deal pushes the stock price higher than $5 U.S then we don't have any problem. These were his only comments.

Best Regards
KEITH
