Len: I still expect FNTN to be reporting by mid July. There is one major caveat to that prediction and it has little or nothing to do with The SEC.
We know that FNTN has at least pondered the possibility of buying a synergistic company. If by chance they have entered into advanced negotiations with another company for that express purpose, FNTN could deliberately hold up the reporting show by temporarily withdrawing their SEC filing until the adjusted numbers are added.
Given this scenario, the reason FNTN might choose to wait would be to take advantage of the increase in total company worth - which would be most beneficial to them once under the scrutiny of institutional investors. It may also be less expensive, assuming FNTN can save on any future filing - I don't know.
So as much as we hope for full reporting by mid July, I guess there's at least one scenario that would, in the long run, make it even better if FNTN is not reporting by that time. The higher the value of the company - the closer to NASDAQ.. and even greater potential.
Again, this is hypothesis heaped on top of theory, but maybe not so far-fetched as to not be considered.

Regards,
Wally
