Mark has a point. The lawsuits do have an impact, just for a reason the money may be used elsewhere, if it is negative to FCM. Even money to litigate hurts. All kinds of places that money could be used. Its "YOUR" money remember, from your statement. If you do not mind "YOUR" money being used in a lawsuit, then call the company and tell them to use your "major" shares. I sure don't want my investment being used for litigation for business dealings. You stated you didn't care about the lawsuit/s, yet you are angry over some posters, questioning this. Maybe a re-focus of emotions needed? I am confused by many things about this company at this time, and also have been around for awhile. I wish not to have closed eyes, many clouds surrounding this one for me, even after doing some very extensive, and ongoing DD. Please do not take this personally. Just some of my views and concerns as to FCM's PR's, business dealings, etc., I work hard for my money, just as you. And when I invest it, I expect the "truth" from a company!
