I checked before doing that post. There are no 10-Q or 10-K financial report filings for EDIG in the SEC EDGAR database (check sec.gov ). Also, the only SEC filings at the commercial site edgar-online.com are 144A filings for insiders selling restricted shares. Unless you can prove otherwise, I stand by my assertion that EDIG is a non-reporting company.
