So you're telling me that the various references to "the people" throughout the Bill of Rights isn't about individuals? Citizens? Mind you, I know next to squat about Constitutional law but now we're talking about MY religion!! :-)
Could you direct me to some good discussion of the scope and limitations of the Bill of Rights? A good deal of my political identity is based on a libertarian interpretation of that set of Articles. If I'm operating from a misapprehension - well it becomes my duty to know that.
