The mailing was messed up by the firm used by many public companies and is being redone. New date for meeting July 8th. Signature has not started yet and is held up by bank not TSIG. Hopefully will start soon. According to PH only 100 million shares authorized and while stock could be being shorted he feels most of decrease in price caused by longs selling out. Possibility of some of the shares being authorized used to sell a major stake in company to large investor/company. Please call yourself to verify independantly this information. Go TSIG!!!
