Singapour at all time high..
More news (That I know you follow too :)

OOSTED by improving sentiment and large inflows of
foreign funds, the Indonesian rupiah yesterday soared to its
highest level since the start of the financial crisis in
November 1997.

The currency closed at 6,820, up 3.5 per cent, against the US
dollar, after breaking through the psychological 7,000 barrier in
early morning trade.

Currency dealers told BT that
the momentum built up over
the past two weeks could take
the rupiah to the next level of
6,500 against the greenback
by the end of the month if the
aggressive buying out of
Hongkong and the US
continues.

"We are seeing some huge
buying orders of up to US$1
billion (S$1.7 billion) from the
US," said one analyst.
