Fergie, Well,this is unusual since they spun off EN years ago. With the same management, they are really the same anyway. They can JV anything, anywhere that LaSonnde and Shurlich think are values and pool their cash horde together for that reason. But,the PR spokesman had "no comment". That sounds odd unless they are to amalgamate. Either way I still have loads of confidence and % of my $$$$$ in this deal! TM
