It is reassuring to see that Franklin is making an attempt to reconcile a situation THEY created for their Customers. VP Marconini should be comended for this stance.

Hopefully, a lesson was learned and not wasted.

FWIW, I'd be willing to bet that this action was taken as a direct result of the displeasure expressed by patrons of this thread,on this thread, and the subscribers that were left to "hang in the balance".

Objective posts and questions no matter how the are perceived should be welcomed; it is everyone's right to refute or ignore these posts.

It is unconscionable that some here can actually see fit to put the blame for todays trading action on the shoulders of people who had questions about the 144 or expressed an opinion FTEL's customer relations. Infering that people are "turncoats" or "libelants" because the aren't on the cheerleading squad this time around tells an awful lot about the character of a person.
I am still long and still confident in this Company. I can live with every post in this forum positive or negative EXCEPT for the personal attacks. I don't feel the need to lash out at anyone who's "RAH RAH" is off key and I don't understand why some do...
