Hold on Champ: I am not attacking you or labeling you the "evil one". I just wanted to point out why this could be, REPEAT: COULD BE, a dangerous (or at least foolhardy) statement for someone to make if the source of their comments is someone who should not be sharing this type of info. If someone is simply making sound business analysis and arriving at the same conclusion, I say more power to them!! Furthermore, you should not be intimidated by someone who just THINKS your divulging secrets. Screw 'em! Brain power is a very good thing. If you fall in this camp do not be afraid to pursue this line of thought. In all honesty, I think your right! (And trust me, I don't know anything about this company that is not part of the public domain.) No hard feelings, Scott
