Company Press Release

iChargeit, Inc. To Unveil Internet Incubator

To Assist Companies in Developing a Fully Functional
Internet/e-Commerce Presence

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1999-- iChargeit, Inc. (OTC BB:ICHG) announced today that it is launching an Internet Incubator to assist emerging growth companies in developing e-Commerce development plans and fully functional Internet/e-Commerce sites. Expanding upon principles developed by CMGI (NASDAQ:CMGI - news), iChargeit will develop a company's e-Commerce development plan and e-Commerce sites in return for a position in the Company and/or other forms of remuneration.

iChargeit has developed a full range of functionalities and back-end fulfillment which are cost effective for businesses seeking e-Commerce capabilities. iChargeit's auctions, barter, e-Commerce and Slide Show Search and other custom features enables iChargeit to ''plug'' companies into an existing infrastructure, thereby saving the companies months of development time and reducing the cost associated with launching an e-Commerce site.

The iChargeit Internet Incubator will allow companies to build on-line stores and malls utilizing iChargeit's ''Storebuilding Wizard.'' Additionally, iChargeit will provide e-Commerce plans which are specifically geared to the company's mission. iChargeit is also launching a monthly newsletter entitled ''The iChargeit e-Commerce Enabler''. The monthly newsletter will provide information on developing a complete Internet/e-Commerce presence.

Jesse Cohen, CEO, stated, ''iChargeit is providing small to medium sized businesses a fully functional docking station in Cyberspace. Using iChargeit's well-planned and successful model, a company has the opportunity to realize its full e-Commerce potential thereby achieving maximum exposure and capabilities in the e-Commerce arena. Utilizing e-Commerce to conduct day-to-day operations provides maximum exposure for a company's goods and services. As companies recognize the power of the Internet, e-Commerce will be an integral component of growth.''

iChargeit previously announced the Company has secured funding and has contracted with Netgateway, Inc. to use portions of the Netgateway Internet Commerce Center to drive the iChargeit Auction and Classified Advertising Site to be deployed in the iChargeit.com Cybermall and Virtual Arcade. The projected launch date is scheduled for July, 1999.

iChargeit, Inc., is an internet based company whose iChargeit.com Cybermall and Virtual Arcade began Phase I deployment on March 1, 1999. Through a previously announced agreement with the Total Entertainment Network iChargeit will launch iChargeit Classic Games by TEN, an interactive gaming site. iChargeit is launching traditional ISP access in 500+ Cities in the US and Canada.
