Frankly, I think TSIS is not popular because the upside appears a bit limited at this point. Also, the company appears to have a ratable increase in sales (and profits); therefore, one can just as easily jump in Nov or next year as now. On the flip side, it certainly looks like a sure thing to increase from $.38 to $.75 in the next 6 months. Let me see, where shall I put that $1mm?
