You can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Four questions:

1. What is FCM's maximum financial exposure here if they lose?

2. Should I sell my entire position tomorrow morning because of this lawsuit?

3. If FNet's customer (we all know it is USAT) is still at odds with FNet, with their business relationship in such dire straits, why did USAT just order 1,000 of the new "Breeze" devices from FCM?

4. Why did USAT very recently (within the last two weeks) take delivery of additional DVGs from FCM so they could complete the installation of their remaining "super POP" in New York (now completed), thus completing Phase I of the huge network they are building......with Phase II to begin immediately for additional, outlying cities and the start of installations for businesses?

In view of 3. and 4. above it sure doesn't seem to me that these two companies are feuding bitterly, getting ready to go to court. Could it just be that FNet and USAT have "settled" the Magruder and all other issues amicably? I know you would hate for that to be the case because of your obvious hatred for FCM, but it sure seems that way to me!
