Yes, one would think that any increase would be indicative of conversion. But, any LACK of increase in outstanding shares, combined with the downtrend, indicates what? Is there any detective work that can be done which would determine if PH is actually right, (and we are looking at a shareholder selloff), or, he is wrong, and that we are currently being shorted to death by one or more of the pp holders? I know your opinion on the subject, I was just curious if there was any ACTUAL PROOF one way or the other. And don't say the proof is in the pudding, buster...
