Merrills going on line...CheckFree processes Merrill Bill pay...moves their money ect. Two Roosters. James Cramer has written several articles recently on the battle lines being drawn between the bricks 'n mortar companies vs. the i'net companies. The old guard is finally starting to get a clue that their very existence is in jeopardy and they will do anything to protect it. They realize that their currency (stock) can't buy what an i-net currency can. Say what you want about Cramer, I think he hit the nail on the head with those articles. Wish I could post them, but Cramer gets quite testy when people post his pay-for-view articles. Merrill, E-Trade, NetBank, CheckFree and a ton of others have the banks doing an about-face on this net stuff. -tk
