The answer to your insignificant nitpicking is right on their website. I quote... "What is the difference between Franklin Telecom and FNet? Franklin Telecom is a shareholder of FNet. The two businesses are seperate California Corporations. Franklin Telecom designs and builds hardware and software for Internet Telephony applications. FNet is a global Telco and network operator.
